Postponing your Wedding Day due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 Epidemic!

It has been a week of complete heartbreak for couples all across the nation with the forced news to reduce guest numbers for indoor and outdoor events along with social distancing laws between people making it near impossible to hold any special, intimate events. With Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane being hit the hardest in the Wedding Industry with venues, vendors and couples having to completely rethink how events can be held without breaking guidelines and spreading the Coronavirus.

Firstly, we want everyone to know that we are here for you and we will work with you throughout all of this, whether it is postponing your wedding day to the near future or creating re prints to adjust the dates on Welcome Signs along with updated Seating Plans, Bar Menus etc.

For now, it is business as usual for us unless told otherwise by Government Authorities. We are still producing a number of Wedding Welcome Signs, Seating Plans, Table Numbers, Place Cards, Etc.

We have some tips below on how to maximise your Wedding Signage based off the current environment:

1. Still purchase your Wedding Welcome Sign; perhaps think about leaving the date off. There are still many layouts available that look amazing without the date.

2. Keep your Seating Plan as simple as it can be. Keep your guaranteed guests on the first row of tables, and others who may not be able to make it due to lockdowns/financial hardship on the last of the rows.

3. We are flexible with your chosen date. If you do book and pay your booking Fee/Deposit only to find out you need to postpone, we will roll this over to your new date without a hassle.

4. If you’re planning on eloping throughout these times and then throwing a big party later on to celebrate with friends and family then don’t forget to order items such as your wishing well, bar menu, along with an acrylic photo board with your favourite picture from your wedding day!

There has been an increase in enquiries for late 2020/2021 weddings due to many weddings postponing. Be sure to get in touch with your suppliers to ensure that their services are available on your chosen date.

Stay safe everyone x
