A Relaxed, Tuscany-Inspired Wedding on the Gold Coast

Michelle & Jordan envisioned a day that felt effortlessly stylish but deeply personal, and they absolutely nailed it. From the first look to the last dance, the entire day carried a low-key, relaxed vibe that allowed guests to truly soak in the moment.

Think long grazing tables, acoustic tunes, and styling that could easily be mistaken for a wedding in the hills of Tuscany.

The styling was minimalist but breathtaking: lush green foliage, crisp white florals, and modern yet timeless touches throughout. Reserved seating tags, delicately placed for family and VIPs, added a thoughtful, intentional detail that didn’t go unnoticed.

The all green-and-white palette was fresh, modern, and the perfect complement to the natural surroundings. It created a clean, cohesive look that tied every element of the day together—from the florals to the table settings to the custom signage and stationery.

As a designer, I love when couples use custom stationery to elevate the entire experience—and Michelle & Jordan did just that.

Their bespoke wedding stationery suite included:

• A custom illustrated welcome sign that greeted guests with their names and wedding date, echoing the elegant simplicity of the day. Small hand drawn details that matched the gorgeous bird bath at the ceremony.

  
  

• A freestanding seating plan that was not only functional but beautifully designed to complement the venue’s natural tones.

  
  

• Personalized menus with custom illustrations that added a whimsical, bespoke touch to each place setting.

Every piece of stationery was created with intention, weaving together the couple’s aesthetic and love story in a way that felt entirely their own.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just the beautiful styling or the picture-perfect setting (though both were unforgettable)—it was how authentic the whole day felt. Michelle & Jordan weren’t trying to impress; they were trying to connect. With each other, with their loved ones, and with the beauty of the moment. And they did exactly that.

Their wedding is a beautiful example of how thoughtful styling, intentional stationery, and a relaxed atmosphere can come together to create something magical.
