A Dreamy Coastal Celebration: Lucy & Louis’ Wedding at Pellis Noosa

Set against the serene coastline of Noosa, Lucy & Louis celebrated their love with a stunning outdoor ceremony and a stylish reception at the contemporary Pellis Noosa. With a setting as effortlessly beautiful as this, their wedding was the perfect blend of coastal elegance, structural florals, and bespoke wedding details — including our custom wedding signage and stationery.

Nestled within lush coastal shrubs just steps from the ocean, Lucy & Louis exchanged vows in a dreamy outdoor ceremony. Nature played a starring role, with an organic floral installation framing the couple. The colour palette was soft yet rich, featuring dark blush tones contrasted with shades of light and deep green, perfectly mirroring the surrounding foliage.

Our custom-made fabric welcome sign greeted guests as they arrived, blending seamlessly into the natural surrounds while adding a personal and refined touch to the entrance of the ceremony space.

Following the ceremony, guests made their way to Pellis Noosa — a chic, architecturally designed venue that beautifully balanced modern structure with warm textures. The couple’s floral styling continued here with striking, sculptural arrangements in the same dark blush and green hues, making the space feel both intimate and elevated.

We had the pleasure of designing and creating custom wedding signage and stationery for Lucy & Louis, carefully crafted to enhance the styling and reflect their unique wedding aesthetic. Their well thought out wedding signage package included the following:

• Double Freestanding Welcome Sign: At the reception entrance, a modern double-panel welcome sign set the tone for the evening — clean, contemporary and totally on-theme.

• Dark Blush Guest Place Cards: Each place setting featured an individually named card in a deep blush tone, adding a luxurious and moody element to the tablescape.

• Coordinated Table Numbers: Minimal yet statement-making, our custom table numbers were designed to echo the overall styling — timeless, structured, and effortlessly elegant.

• Menus with Personality: Both the drink menus and food menus were printed on premium stock and featured handwritten-style fonts and hand-drawn illustrations, giving guests a peek into the carefully curated culinary experience while adding a whimsical, personal touch.

Every design detail, from the tactile signage materials to the illustrated menu artwork, contributed to a wedding that was not only visually breathtaking but also deeply personal to Lucy & Louis.
