These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services purchased from Signed With Love.
By placing an order, paying a deposit or invoice, approving artwork, or otherwise engaging Signed With Love, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Signed With Love reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Almost all products created by Signed With Love are custom-made or personalised specifically for each client.
Because of this, we are unable to treat personalised or custom-made products in the same way as standard retail products.
Once an order has entered production, changes, cancellations or refunds may not be possible where materials have been purchased, artwork has been created, printing has commenced or production has otherwise begun. If a certain product of material is out of stock at the time of production, we will do our best to suggest alternatives to suit. Please understand this can happen from time to time and what is out of our control.
We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes where possible; however, additional costs may apply.
QUOTES & PRICING
All quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote or, where no period is specified, for 14 days.
Prices may change after a quote expires due to changes in supplier pricing, materials, printing costs, freight, labour or other associated costs.
A quote does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your order is considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and Signed With Love has accepted the order.
Prices are based on the quantities, specifications, materials and finishes outlined in your quote.
Changes to quantities, sizes, materials, finishes, wording, designs or other specifications after your quote has been accepted may result in additional charges.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A payment is required to secure your booking and allow work to commence.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the payment is 50% of the total order value, with the remaining balance due prior to production. The 50% payment amount is unrefundable under any circumstance.
For smaller orders, payment in full may be required before work commences.
Signed With Love reserves the right not to commence design, production or supply of an order until the required payment has been received.
Where an invoice remains unpaid, Signed With Love may pause the project and any agreed production or delivery timeframe may be extended accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are custom-made and personalised, cancellation terms depend on the stage your order has reached.
If you cancel your order after work has commenced, Signed With Love may retain amounts reasonably incurred for design, administration, materials, printing, production, labour, supplier costs and other work already undertaken.
Where materials have been purchased specifically for your order, those costs may be non-refundable.
If production has commenced, the full production cost may be payable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
DESIGN PROCESS & PROOFS
Signed With Love will provide artwork for approval. Every order is entitled to two (2) artwork changes. Anything after this may incur additional artwork fees.
Clients are responsible for carefully checking all proofs before providing approval including checking/approving spelling errors. Signed with Love takes no responsibility for spelling errors after it has been approved by the client.
Once artwork has been approved by the client, Signed With Love will proceed based on the approved artwork.
The client is ultimately responsible for checking and approving all personalised information before production. Including the information sent through from them.
Signed With Love cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved artwork.
If an error is identified after approval or production has commenced, reprinting or correction costs may apply.
Signed With Love relies on information supplied by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information within the requested timeframe.
This includes guest lists, names, addresses, menu wording, seating arrangements, supplier information and any other personalised content.
If information is supplied incorrectly, incompletely or after the agreed deadline, Signed With Love cannot guarantee that it can be corrected without additional costs or delays.
COLOUR VARIATIONS
Colours displayed on computer monitors, phones and tablets may vary from the final printed product.
Differences can occur due to:

monitor calibration
-
paper colour
-
printing processes
-
ink absorption
-
lighting
-
material texture
-
natural variations in materials
For this reason, Signed With Love cannot guarantee that the colour viewed on a screen will be identical to the finished printed product. Signed with Love will always do their best to match colours across different mediums however can never confirm there will be a direct colour match.
MATERIAL AVAILABILITY & SUPPLIER CHANGES
Signed With Love works with a range of paper, printing, signage and material suppliers.
Material availability is outside of our control.
Occasionally, a particular paper, card, ribbon, acrylic, fabric, envelope, colour, embellishment or other material may become:

temporarily unavailable

out of stock
-
discontinued
-
delayed
-
unavailable in the required quantity
-
subject to supplier changes
While we make every effort to plan orders carefully, Signed With Love cannot guarantee ongoing availability of any particular material. No printing through suppliers is started until the final artwork has been approved. We do not order materials until the final artwork has been approved.
If a selected material becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, suggest an alternative that is as close as reasonably possible in colour, texture, quality and price.
If an alternative material has a different cost, we will advise you before proceeding.
QUANTITIES
Clients are responsible for confirming final quantities before production.
We strongly recommend allowing additional stationery for keepsakes, last-minute guest changes, damaged items, photographs, vendors and unexpected requirements.
Once production has commenced, reducing quantities may not reduce the total cost of your order.
Additional quantities requested after production may be subject to minimum order quantities, additional production costs and rush fees.
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
Estimated production timeframes will be discussed at the time of booking.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Production timeframes generally commence once all required information, approvals and payments have been received.
Delays caused by late client approvals, missing information, changes or unpaid invoices may result in a corresponding delay to the order.
WEDDING & EVENT DEADLINES
Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient time between ordering stationery and their event date.
Signed With Love will work with you to establish an appropriate production timeframe; however, we cannot guarantee completion by an event date where the order is placed or approved too close to the required date.
We strongly recommend booking stationery well in advance of your wedding or event.
Rush and urgency fees may apply to orders requiring priority production.
URGENT ORDERS
Where an order is required within a shortened timeframe, Signed With Love may offer an urgency or rush service where capacity allows.
An urgency fee may apply.
Payment of an urgency fee does not guarantee that delays caused by suppliers, couriers, material availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control will not occur.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Signed With Love ships Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination and packaging requirements of the order.
Signed With Love is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or postal services.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the relevant courier or postal provider, subject to any rights the client has under the Australian Consumer Law.
Clients should ensure that the delivery address supplied is correct and that someone is available to receive the order where required. All packages from Signed with Love with have Authority To Leave without signature.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order is returned, redirected or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery.
All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Signed With Love within 24 hours of recieveing it and provide photographs of:

the outer packaging
-
any damage to the packaging
-
the damaged product
-
the shipping label
This allows us to investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved.
SIGNAGE & INSTALLATION
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, signage is supplied for the client or their nominated stylist, planner or venue to install.
Signed With Love is not responsible for installation, placement, securing or positioning of signage unless installation has been specifically included in the agreed service.
Clients and third-party suppliers are responsible for ensuring that signage is appropriately secured and installed in accordance with venue requirements.
Signed With Love is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, weather, wind, water, heat, venue conditions, third-party installation or inappropriate handling.
OUTDOOR SIGNAGE
Outdoor signage is subject to environmental conditions.
Wind, rain, moisture, heat, direct sunlight and other weather conditions can affect signage and materials.
Signed With Love cannot guarantee the performance of products where they are exposed to unsuitable weather conditions.
The client, venue or stylist is responsible for determining whether a particular product is suitable for the intended environment.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & FILES
Where digital artwork or files are supplied, they are provided for the agreed purpose only.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, purchase of a finished stationery product does not include ownership or transfer of editable design files.
Signed With Love retains ownership of its original design files, templates, artwork and working files.
Editable source files will not be supplied unless specifically agreed and quoted.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, illustrations, templates, layouts, graphics, photographs, concepts and other creative work produced by Signed With Love remain the intellectual property of Signed With Love unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, modify, distribute or commercially use Signed With Love designs without written permission.
Where clients provide artwork, logos, photographs, illustrations or other content, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that material for use.
Signed With Love is not responsible for infringement arising from materials supplied by the client.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Signed With Love may photograph completed stationery, signage and other products for portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes.
We may use photographs of finished products to showcase our work.
Where appropriate, we will avoid displaying private or sensitive personal information.
If you do not wish for your order to be photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before production.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Signed With Love will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include:

-
postal delays
-
natural disasters
-
severe weather
-
fire
-
flood
-
power outages
-
strikes
-
industrial disputes

government restrictions

illness or other unforeseen circumstances

other circumstances reasonably beyond our control

Where such circumstances occur, we will communicate with you and make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on your order.
LIABILITY
Signed With Love is not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incorrect information supplied or approved by the client, improper handling, installation or use of products by the client or third parties, or delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
COMMUNICATION
Signed With Love primarily communicates with clients via email.
Clients are responsible for checking their email regularly throughout the design and production process.
We recommend that clients respond promptly to proofing requests, questions and approval emails, particularly where an event date is approaching.
WEBSITE CONTENT
Signed With Love makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
However, product images, colours, descriptions, pricing and availability may change.
Images shown on the website are intended as examples of our work and do not necessarily represent an identical product that will be supplied.
Because many of our products are custom-made, the final product may vary slightly from website imagery.
All photographs, designs, text, graphics, illustrations, logos and other content on the Signed With Love website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use website content without written permission from Signed With Love.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By placing an order with Signed With Love, paying a deposit or invoice, approving artwork or otherwise proceeding with an order, the client acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between Signed With Love and the client.
Where specific terms have been agreed in writing between Signed With Love and the client, those specific terms will apply to the extent that they are inconsistent with these general Terms & Conditions.
